Doctor Simão Serrano currently works as a Pain Intervention Sonologist at Centro Hospitalar do Médio Tejo EPE: Tomar, Santarem, Portugal. Throughout his career, he focuses in PM&R and Pain Medicine fields. He has lot of experience in MSK Ultrasonography for US guided treatments (MSK, Pain and Neurology – Botulinum Toxin injections) Skilled in denervation tecniques (Cryoablation and Radiofrequency) for Chronic Post-Surgical Pain (Ex. Chronical Neuropathic Pain) and for Spasticity Management.
